automatisiertem Materialtransport<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Als globaler Marktf\u00fchrer in der Entwicklung von Tierimpfstoffen wollte <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hipra.com\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">HIPRA<\/a> die interne Logistik an seinem neuen Standort in Spanien modernisieren und gleichzeitig strenge Reinraumstandards einhalten. T\u00e4glich bewegten Mitarbeiter 700 schwere Impfstoffkartons zwischen den Produktionslinien und dem Lager. Dieser repetitive manuelle Transport f\u00fchrte zu einem Engpass, erh\u00f6hte das Risiko von Verz\u00f6gerungen und stellte zus\u00e4tzliche k\u00f6rperliche Anforderungen an die Mitarbeiter.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Um den Materialfluss zu verbessern, arbeitete HIPRA mit OMRON zusammen, um eine Flotte von sechs <a href=\"https:\/\/robotics.omron.com\/de\/products\/mobile-robots\/ld-series\/ld-60-90\/\" type=\"page\" id=\"989\">LD-90 Autonomous Mobile Robots<\/a> einzusetzen. Die AMRs bewegen sich durch enge Korridore, \u00f6ffnen automatisch Reinraumt\u00fcren und passen sich wechselnden Produktionspl\u00e4nen an, w\u00e4hrend sie sicher neben Mitarbeitern in ISO-Klasse-5-Reinraumumgebungen arbeiten. Das Ergebnis ist ein zuverl\u00e4ssiges Automatisierungssystem f\u00fcr den Materialtransport, das dazu beitr\u00e4gt, die Impfstoffproduktion zu versorgen und gleichzeitig die Abh\u00e4ngigkeit vom manuellen Transport zu verringern.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Mithilfe der <a href=\"https:\/\/robotics.omron.com\/de\/products\/mobile-robots\/software\/\" type=\"page\" id=\"994\">OMRON FLOW Core Flottenmanagement-Software<\/a> koordinieren die AMRs Routen und Aufgaben in der gesamten Anlage, ohne dass Bodenmarkierungen oder gr\u00f6\u00dfere Infrastruktur\u00e4nderungen erforderlich sind. HIPRA ersetzte manuelle Wagenfahrten durch automatisierte Lieferungen zwischen Produktions- und Lagerbereichen und trug so dazu bei, dass Impfstoffkartons w\u00e4hrend des gesamten Prozesses
