schnelle Umr\u00fcstungen und gleichbleibende Qualit\u00e4t<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><a href=\"https:\/\/robotics.erko.pl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ERKO<\/a>, Hersteller von Kabelzubeh\u00f6r und elektrischen Verbindungsl\u00f6sungen, wollte einen besonders anspruchsvollen Schritt in der Kabelkonfektion automatisieren: das Zuf\u00fchren, Sortieren und Verarbeiten kleiner Terminals in unterschiedlichen Varianten. Im Mittelpunkt stand dabei nicht nur eine h\u00f6here Ausbringung. Unterschiedliche Geometrien, h\u00e4ufige Produktwechsel und die Anforderung an eine sichere Positionierung machten deutlich, dass herk\u00f6mmliche Zuf\u00fchr- und Handhabungsl\u00f6sungen an ihre Grenzen sto\u00dfen. Gesucht war deshalb eine L\u00f6sung, die Pr\u00e4zision, Wiederholgenauigkeit und Flexibilit\u00e4t in einer kompakten Zelle vereint.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Gemeinsam mit OMRON entwickelte ERKO ein integriertes Automatisierungskonzept auf Basis des <a href=\"https:\/\/robotics.omron.com\/de\/products\/industrial-robots\/scara\/i4l\/\">i4L SCARA-Roboters<\/a>, eines <a href=\"https:\/\/industrial.omron.eu\/en\/products\/fh-vision-system\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">FH-Bildverarbeitungssystems<\/a> und eines speziell ausgelegten Zuf\u00fchrsystems f\u00fcr lose Metallteile. Die Terminals werden vereinzelt, lagegerecht bereitgestellt und anschlie\u00dfend vom Roboter f\u00fcr die weiteren Prozessschritte aufgenommen. Der i4L SCARA-Roboter eignet sich durch seine Dynamik und Wiederholgenauigkeit besonders f\u00fcr schnelle Pick-and-Place-Anwendungen, w\u00e4hrend das Bildverarbeitungssystem die sichere Erkennung und exakte Positionierung der Bauteile unterst\u00fctzt. So entstand eine flexible L\u00f6sung f\u00fcr die Automatisierung der Kabelkonfektion, die manuelle Eingriffe reduziert und schnelle Formatwechsel erm\u00f6glicht.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Auch die Bedienbarkeit im Produktionsalltag spielte eine wichtige Rolle. \u00dcber ein <a href=\"https:\/\/industrial.omron.eu\/en\/products\/nb\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">OMRON HMI<\/a> lassen sich Rezepte und Einstellungen strukturiert verwalten, sodass die Anlage trotz ihrer Flexibilit\u00e4t einfach und praxisnah bedient werden kann. Durch das Zusammenspiel von Robotik, Bildverarbeitung und intelligenter Zuf\u00fchrung entstand eine abgestimmte Gesamtl\u00f6sung, die Prozesssicherheit erh\u00f6ht und gleichzeitig auf wechselnde
