Diagnostikprodukte<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">In der Verpackung medizinischer Diagnostikprodukte erfolgt die Flaschenzuf\u00fchrung am Linienende noch h\u00e4ufig manuell oder \u00fcber konventionelle mechanische Systeme, die sich nur schwer an neue Formate anpassen lassen. F\u00fcr <a href=\"https:\/\/samasitaly.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Samas Italy<\/a> entstand dadurch ein klarer Engpass: wiederkehrende manuelle T\u00e4tigkeiten, geringe Flexibilit\u00e4t bei Formatwechseln und eine eingeschr\u00e4nkte Prozesskontinuit\u00e4t vor Flowpack- und Kartoniermaschinen. Ziel war es, diesen Abschnitt der Linie zu automatisieren, ohne die Anlage unn\u00f6tig zu verkomplizieren oder mehr Platz zu beanspruchen.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Um dies zu erreichen, entwickelte Samas gemeinsam mit OMRON eine kompakte Zelle mit Circular Tracking. Zum Einsatz kommen <a href=\"https:\/\/robotics.omron.com\/de\/products\/industrial-robots\/scara\/i4h\/\">i4H SCARA-Roboter<\/a>, das <a href=\"https:\/\/industrial.omron.eu\/en\/products\/fhv7\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">FHV7 Bildverarbeitungssystem<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/industrial.omron.eu\/en\/products\/1s-servo-drive\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">1S Servoantriebe<\/a> und <a href=\"https:\/\/industrial.omron.eu\/en\/products\/1s-servo-motor\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">-motoren<\/a> sowie eine <a href=\"https:\/\/industrial.omron.eu\/en\/products\/nj5-\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">NJ-Steuerung innerhalb der Sysmac-Architektur<\/a>. Mit der <a href=\"https:\/\/industrial.omron.eu\/en\/news-discover\/blog\/creating-smarter-faster-and-simpler-multi-robot-packaging-lines\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">OMRON Robotics Packaging Library<\/a> (ORPL) erkennt der Roboter Flaschen auf einem rotierenden Ring, verfolgt sie in Bewegung und \u00fcbergibt sie in einem durchg\u00e4ngigen Ablauf auf ein synchronisiertes Linearf\u00f6rderband. So entsteht eine kompakte L\u00f6sung f\u00fcr das robotergest\u00fctzte End-of-Line-Packaging, die pr\u00e4zise Bewegungsf\u00fchrung, geringere mechanische Komplexit\u00e4t und \u00fcberwiegend digitale Formatwechsel vereint.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Das Ergebnis ist ein schnellerer und flexiblerer Prozess der Flaschenzuf\u00fchrung mit Leistungen von 50 bis 60 Teilen pro Minute, in manchen Konfigurationen sogar bis zu 80 Teilen pro Minute. Wiederkehrende manuelle T\u00e4tigkeiten am Linienende werden deutlich reduziert, die Prozesssicherheit steigt und Formatwechsel lassen sich mit minimalem mechanischem Aufwand schnell umsetzen. F\u00fcr Samas schloss das Projekt eine kritische Automatisierungsl\u00fccke und schuf zugleich eine skalierbare L\u00f6sung f\u00fcr regulierte Branchen mit hohen Anforderungen an flexible
