class=\"has-medium-font-size\">En las instalaciones de <a href=\"http:\/\/leica-geosystems.com\/en-us\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Leica Geosystems<\/a> en Odense, los operadores se enfrentaban a la exposici\u00f3n diaria a vapores de epoxi en el aire durante el manejo manual de bandejas, un proceso cr\u00edtico para el llenado de precisi\u00f3n pero peligroso para la salud de los trabajadores. Los m\u00e9todos tradicionales pon\u00edan en riesgo al personal de sufrir problemas respiratorios y limitaban la escalabilidad de la producci\u00f3n, especialmente a medida que crec\u00eda la demanda de sensores avanzados y soluciones de topograf\u00eda de Leica. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Para eliminar estos riesgos, Leica Geosystems implement\u00f3 una soluci\u00f3n rob\u00f3tica de manejo de materiales centrada en el <a href=\"https:\/\/robotics.omron.com\/es\/products\/collaborative-robots\/tm-series\/tm12\/\">robot colaborativo OMRON TM12<\/a>, recomendado e integrado por <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gibotech.dk\/?lang=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Gibotech<\/a>. El sistema combina las transferencias de bandejas guiadas por cobot con la tecnolog\u00eda de control de m\u00e1quinas y visi\u00f3n <a href=\"https:\/\/industrial.omron.eu\/en\/products\/nx-series\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">NX\/NXIO<\/a> de OMRON, automatizando cada paso desde la recuperaci\u00f3n de la estanter\u00eda hasta la colocaci\u00f3n precisa debajo de los dispensadores de epoxi.
