de diagn\u00f3stico m\u00e9dico<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">En el envasado de productos de diagn\u00f3stico m\u00e9dico, la alimentaci\u00f3n de botellas al final de l\u00ednea sigue realiz\u00e1ndose con frecuencia de forma manual o mediante sistemas mec\u00e1nicos convencionales dif\u00edciles de adaptar a distintos formatos. Para <a href=\"https:\/\/samasitaly.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Samas Italy<\/a>, esto generaba un cuello de botella claro: trabajo manual repetitivo, menor flexibilidad entre formatos y una continuidad limitada en la etapa final antes de las m\u00e1quinas de flow-pack y encartonado. El objetivo era automatizar esta parte de la l\u00ednea sin a\u00f1adir complejidad innecesaria ni requerir una gran superficie de instalaci\u00f3n.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Para resolverlo, Samas desarroll\u00f3 junto con OMRON una c\u00e9lula compacta con circular tracking que integra robots <a href=\"https:\/\/robotics.omron.com\/es\/products\/industrial-robots\/scara\/i4h\/\">SCARA i4H<\/a>, el <a href=\"https:\/\/industrial.omron.eu\/en\/products\/fhv7\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">sistema de visi\u00f3n FHV7<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/industrial.omron.eu\/en\/products\/1s-servo-drive\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">servodrives<\/a> y <a href=\"https:\/\/industrial.omron.eu\/en\/products\/1s-servo-motor\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">servomotores 1S<\/a> y <a href=\"https:\/\/industrial.omron.eu\/en\/products\/nj5-\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">un controlador de la serie NJ dentro de la arquitectura Sysmac<\/a>. Mediante la <a href=\"https:\/\/industrial.omron.eu\/en\/news-discover\/blog\/creating-smarter-faster-and-simpler-multi-robot-packaging-lines\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">OMRON Robotics Packaging Library<\/a> (ORPL), el robot identifica las botellas sobre un anillo giratorio, las sigue en movimiento y las transfiere a un transportador lineal sincronizado en una \u00fanica secuencia continua. Esto da lugar a una soluci\u00f3n compacta de envasado rob\u00f3tico de final de l\u00ednea, con control preciso del movimiento, menor complejidad mec\u00e1nica y cambios de formato mayoritariamente digitales.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">El resultado es un proceso de alimentaci\u00f3n de botellas m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido y flexible, con rendimientos de 50 a 60 piezas por minuto y hasta 80 piezas por minuto en algunas configuraciones. Las tareas manuales repetitivas al final de l\u00ednea se reducen dr\u00e1sticamente, mejora la fiabilidad del proceso y los cambios de formato pueden realizarse con rapidez y con una intervenci\u00f3n mec\u00e1nica m\u00ednima. Para Samas, el proyecto permiti\u00f3 cerrar una brecha cr\u00edtica de automatizaci\u00f3n y crear una soluci\u00f3n escalable para sectores regulados donde el envasado flexible y fiable es esencial.
