le tri et le traitement de petites bornes \u00e0 travers de multiples variantes. Le d\u00e9fi n&rsquo;\u00e9tait pas seulement le d\u00e9bit. Les diff\u00e9rents types de bornes, les changements fr\u00e9quents de produits et la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d&rsquo;un placement fiable ont cr\u00e9\u00e9 un processus qui exigeait plus de flexibilit\u00e9 que ce que les syst\u00e8mes d&rsquo;alimentation et de manipulation conventionnels pouvaient offrir. ERKO avait besoin d&rsquo;une solution capable de combiner pr\u00e9cision, r\u00e9p\u00e9tabilit\u00e9 et adaptabilit\u00e9 dans une cellule de production compacte.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ces exigences, ERKO a collabor\u00e9 avec OMRON pour d\u00e9velopper un syst\u00e8me int\u00e9gr\u00e9 centr\u00e9 sur le <a href=\"https:\/\/robotics.omron.com\/fr\/products\/industrial-robots\/scara\/i4l\/\">robot SCARA i4L<\/a>, le <a href=\"https:\/\/industrial.omron.eu\/en\/products\/fh-vision-system\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">syst\u00e8me de vision FH<\/a> et un concept d&rsquo;alimentation sur mesure pour les composants m\u00e9talliques en vrac. La solution permet d&rsquo;identifier, de pr\u00e9senter et de pr\u00e9lever les bornes dans la bonne orientation avant de passer aux \u00e9tapes de traitement en aval. La vitesse et la r\u00e9p\u00e9tabilit\u00e9 du robot le rendent bien adapt\u00e9 aux t\u00e2ches de manipulation \u00e0 cycle \u00e9lev\u00e9, tandis que le syst\u00e8me de vision prend en charge un pr\u00e9l\u00e8vement pr\u00e9cis et un positionnement constant. Associ\u00e9 \u00e0 la configuration de l&rsquo;alimentation, le syst\u00e8me cr\u00e9e une solution d&rsquo;automatisation flexible des faisceaux de c\u00e2bles qui r\u00e9duit l&rsquo;intervention manuelle et prend en charge les changements rapides de produits.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">L&rsquo;ergonomie sur le lieu de travail \u00e9tait \u00e9galement un \u00e9l\u00e9ment cl\u00e9 du projet.
