pour le diagnostic m\u00e9dical<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Dans l\u2019emballage pour le diagnostic m\u00e9dical, l\u2019alimentation en flacons en fin de ligne est encore souvent r\u00e9alis\u00e9e manuellement ou au moyen de syst\u00e8mes m\u00e9caniques conventionnels difficiles \u00e0 adapter. Pour <a href=\"https:\/\/samasitaly.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Samas Italy<\/a>, cela a cr\u00e9\u00e9 un goulot d\u2019\u00e9tranglement \u00e9vident : travail manuel r\u00e9p\u00e9titif, flexibilit\u00e9 limit\u00e9e selon les formats et continuit\u00e9 r\u00e9duite \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tape finale avant les machines de flow-pack et de mise en carton. L\u2019objectif \u00e9tait d\u2019automatiser cette partie de la ligne sans ajouter de complexit\u00e9 ni n\u00e9cessiter une machine \u00e0 grande emprise au sol.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Pour y parvenir, Samas a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 avec OMRON une cellule compacte de suivi circulaire, combinant des <a href=\"https:\/\/robotics.omron.com\/fr\/products\/industrial-robots\/scara\/i4h\/\">robots SCARA i4H<\/a>, le <a href=\"https:\/\/industrial.omron.eu\/en\/products\/fhv7\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">syst\u00e8me de vision FHV7<\/a>, des <a href=\"https:\/\/industrial.omron.eu\/en\/products\/1s-servo-drive\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">variateurs servo 1S<\/a> et des <a href=\"https:\/\/industrial.omron.eu\/en\/products\/1s-servo-motor\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">moteurs<\/a>, ainsi qu\u2019un <a href=\"https:\/\/industrial.omron.eu\/en\/products\/nj5-\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">contr\u00f4leur de la s\u00e9rie NJ au sein de l\u2019architecture Sysmac<\/a>. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/industrial.omron.eu\/en\/news-discover\/blog\/creating-smarter-faster-and-simpler-multi-robot-packaging-lines\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">OMRON Robotics Packaging Library<\/a> (ORPL), le robot peut identifier les flacons sur un anneau rotatif, les suivre en mouvement et les d\u00e9poser sur un convoyeur lin\u00e9aire synchronis\u00e9, dans une seule s\u00e9quence continue. Il en r\u00e9sulte une solution compacte d\u2019emballage robotis\u00e9 en fin de ligne, avec un contr\u00f4le de mouvement pr\u00e9cis, une complexit\u00e9 m\u00e9canique r\u00e9duite et des changements de format majoritairement num\u00e9riques.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Le r\u00e9sultat est un processus d\u2019alimentation en flacons plus rapide et plus flexible, avec des cadences de 50 \u00e0 60 pi\u00e8ces par minute, pouvant atteindre 80 pi\u00e8ces par minute dans certaines configurations. Les op\u00e9rations manuelles r\u00e9p\u00e9titives en fin de ligne sont drastiquement r\u00e9duites, la fiabilit\u00e9 du processus est am\u00e9lior\u00e9e et les changements de format peuvent \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9s rapidement avec un minimum d\u2019ajustements m\u00e9caniques.
