costante<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><a href=\"https:\/\/robotics.erko.pl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ERKO<\/a>, produttore di accessori per cavi e soluzioni di collegamento elettrico, ha deciso di automatizzare una parte complessa della produzione di cablaggi: la gestione, lo smistamento e la lavorazione di piccoli terminali in diverse varianti. La sfida non riguardava solo la produttivit\u00e0. Diversi tipi di terminali, frequenti cambi di prodotto e la necessit\u00e0 di un posizionamento affidabile hanno creato un processo che richiedeva maggiore flessibilit\u00e0 rispetto a quella offerta dai sistemi convenzionali di alimentazione e movimentazione. ERKO aveva bisogno di una soluzione in grado di combinare precisione, ripetibilit\u00e0 e adattabilit\u00e0 in un&#8217;unica cella di produzione compatta.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Per soddisfare questi requisiti, ERKO ha collaborato con OMRON per sviluppare un sistema integrato basato sul <a href=\"https:\/\/robotics.omron.com\/it\/products\/industrial-robots\/scara\/i4l\/\">robot SCARA i4L<\/a>, il <a href=\"https:\/\/industrial.omron.eu\/en\/products\/fh-vision-system\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">sistema di visione FH<\/a> e un concetto di alimentatore personalizzato per componenti metallici sfusi. La soluzione consente di identificare, presentare e prelevare i terminali nell&#8217;orientamento corretto prima di passare alle fasi di lavorazione successive. La velocit\u00e0 e la ripetibilit\u00e0 del robot lo rendono particolarmente adatto a operazioni di movimentazione ad alto ciclo, mentre il sistema di visione supporta un prelievo accurato e un posizionamento costante. Insieme alla configurazione dell&#8217;alimentatore, il sistema crea una soluzione flessibile di automazione dei cablaggi che riduce l&#8217;intervento manuale e supporta cambi prodotto rapidi.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">L&#8217;usabilit\u00e0 in produzione \u00e8 stata anche una parte fondamentale del progetto. La cella macchina include un <a href=\"https:\/\/industrial.omron.eu\/en\/products\/nb\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">HMI OMRON<\/a> che consente agli operatori di gestire ricette e impostazioni in modo strutturato, rendendo il sistema pratico nella produzione quotidiana. Combinando il robot SCARA i4L, la visione artificiale e l&#8217;alimentazione intelligente in un unico processo coordinato, ERKO e OMRON hanno creato una soluzione produttiva che migliora la coerenza
