confezionamento per la diagnostica medica<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Nel confezionamento per la diagnostica medica, l&#8217;alimentazione delle bottiglie a fine linea \u00e8 spesso ancora gestita manualmente o con sistemi meccanici convenzionali difficili da adattare. Per <a href=\"https:\/\/samasitaly.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Samas Italy<\/a>, questo ha creato un chiaro collo di bottiglia: lavoro manuale ripetitivo, flessibilit\u00e0 limitata tra i formati e continuit\u00e0 ridotta nella fase finale prima delle macchine flow-pack e incartonatrici. L&#8217;obiettivo era automatizzare questa parte della linea senza aggiungere complessit\u00e0 o richiedere un ingombro elevato.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Per risolvere il problema, Samas ha sviluppato una cella compatta a tracciamento circolare insieme a OMRON, combinando <a href=\"https:\/\/robotics.omron.com\/it\/products\/industrial-robots\/scara\/i4h\/\">robot SCARA i4H<\/a>, il <a href=\"https:\/\/industrial.omron.eu\/en\/products\/fhv7\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">sistema di visione FHV7<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/industrial.omron.eu\/en\/products\/1s-servo-drive\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">servoazionamenti 1S<\/a> e <a href=\"https:\/\/industrial.omron.eu\/en\/products\/1s-servo-motor\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">motori<\/a>, e un <a href=\"https:\/\/industrial.omron.eu\/en\/products\/nj5-\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">controller serie NJ all&#8217;interno dell&#8217;architettura Sysmac<\/a>. Utilizzando la <a href=\"https:\/\/industrial.omron.eu\/en\/news-discover\/blog\/creating-smarter-faster-and-simpler-multi-robot-packaging-lines\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">OMRON Robotics Packaging Library<\/a> (ORPL), il robot pu\u00f2 identificare le bottiglie su un anello rotante, tracciarle in movimento e posizionarle su un trasportatore lineare sincronizzato in un&#8217;unica sequenza continua. Questo crea una soluzione compatta di confezionamento robotizzato a fine linea con controllo preciso del movimento, complessit\u00e0 meccanica ridotta e cambi formato prevalentemente digitali.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Il risultato \u00e8 un processo di alimentazione delle bottiglie pi\u00f9 veloce e flessibile con produttivit\u00e0 di 50\u201360 pezzi al minuto, che raggiunge fino a 80 pezzi al minuto in alcune configurazioni. Le operazioni manuali ripetitive a fine linea sono drasticamente ridotte, l&#8217;affidabilit\u00e0 del processo \u00e8 migliorata e i cambi formato possono essere completati rapidamente con regolazioni meccaniche minime. Per Samas, il progetto ha colmato un gap critico nell&#8217;automazione creando al contempo una soluzione scalabile per settori regolamentati dove il confezionamento affidabile e ad alto mix \u00e8
