class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Presso lo stabilimento di Odense di <a href=\"http:\/\/leica-geosystems.com\/en-us\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Leica Geosystems<\/a>, gli operatori erano esposti quotidianamente a fumi di resina epossidica aerodispersi durante la movimentazione manuale dei vassoi\u2014un processo fondamentale per il riempimento di precisione ma pericoloso per la salute dei lavoratori. I metodi tradizionali mettevano il personale a rischio di problemi respiratori e limitavano la scalabilit\u00e0 della produzione, in particolare con la crescita della domanda di sensori avanzati e soluzioni di rilevamento di Leica. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Per eliminare questi rischi, Leica Geosystems ha implementato una soluzione di movimentazione robotica dei materiali incentrata sul <a href=\"https:\/\/robotics.omron.com\/it\/products\/collaborative-robots\/tm-series\/tm12\/\">robot collaborativo OMRON TM12<\/a>, raccomandato e integrato da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gibotech.dk\/?lang=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Gibotech<\/a>. Il sistema combina trasferimenti di vassoi guidati da cobot con la tecnologia di controllo macchina e visione <a href=\"https:\/\/industrial.omron.eu\/en\/products\/nx-series\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">NX\/NXIO<\/a> di OMRON, automatizzando ogni fase, dal prelievo dal rack al posizionamento preciso sotto i dosatori di resina epossidica. Questo approccio tiene il personale al sicuro lontano dalle zone pericolose, fornendo al contempo un posizionamento costante e preciso per ogni ciclo di riempimento.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Dopo l&#8217;implementazione, la presenza degli operatori nelle aree pericolose \u00e8 scesa a zero, con tutta la movimentazione dei vassoi e il riempimento di resina epossidica ora gestiti da robot collaborativi.
