Per superare questi colli di bottiglia, LITMAT ha integrato un <a href=\"https:\/\/robotics.omron.com\/it\/products\/collaborative-robots\/tm-series\/tm5-700\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">robot collaborativo OMRON TM5-700<\/a> per l&#8217;assemblaggio, automatizzando l&#8217;intero processo di inserimento e incollaggio dei magneti per i suoi tappi di scarico. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Il robot collaborativo per l&#8217;<a href=\"https:\/\/robotics.omron.com\/it\/applications\/assembly\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">assemblaggio<\/a> esegue ogni passaggio con precisione ripetibile: applica l&#8217;adesivo, inserisce i magneti e verifica la quantit\u00e0 di colla utilizzando una telecamera integrata. Tutti i dati di produzione sono gestiti centralmente da un <a href=\"https:\/\/automation.omron.com\/en\/us\/products\/family\/NX102\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">PLC OMRON NX102<\/a>, fornendo una supervisione in tempo reale e una perfetta integrazione con il sistema di gestione della produzione di LITMAT. Gli operatori possono monitorare lo stato dei pezzi, i tassi di scarto e regolare i parametri chiave, come l&#8217;altezza del tappo o del magnete, direttamente dall&#8217;interfaccia utente, garantendo cambi rapidi senza costosi attrezzi.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Sicurezza e collaborazione erano requisiti fondamentali. Il sistema utilizza barriere di sicurezza e la modalit\u00e0 collaborativa, consentendo al personale di lavorare a fianco del cobot rimanendo protetto. Questa automazione ha permesso a LITMAT di assemblare 180 tappi all&#8217;ora, per un totale di 1500 pezzi per turno, con una pressione e un posizionamento costanti che garantiscono un&#8217;elevata qualit\u00e0 del prodotto.
