de materiais automatizado e flex\u00edvel<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Como l\u00edder global no desenvolvimento de vacinas animais, a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hipra.com\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">HIPRA<\/a> queria modernizar a log\u00edstica interna em sua nova instala\u00e7\u00e3o na Espanha, mantendo padr\u00f5es rigorosos de sala limpa. Todos os dias, os funcion\u00e1rios moviam 700 caixas pesadas de vacinas entre as linhas de produ\u00e7\u00e3o e o armaz\u00e9m. Esse transporte manual repetitivo criava um gargalo, aumentava o risco de atrasos e impunha demandas f\u00edsicas adicionais \u00e0 equipe.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Para melhorar o fluxo de materiais, a HIPRA fez uma parceria com a OMRON para implantar uma frota de seis <a href=\"https:\/\/robotics.omron.com\/pt-br\/products\/mobile-robots\/ld-series\/ld-60-90\/\" type=\"page\" id=\"989\">Rob\u00f4s M\u00f3veis Aut\u00f4nomos LD-90<\/a>. Os AMRs movem-se por corredores estreitos, abrem portas de salas limpas automaticamente e ajustam-se \u00e0s mudan\u00e7as nos cronogramas de produ\u00e7\u00e3o, operando com seguran\u00e7a ao lado da equipe em ambientes de sala limpa ISO Classe 5. O resultado \u00e9 um sistema confi\u00e1vel de automa\u00e7\u00e3o de manuseio de materiais que ajuda a manter o suprimento da produ\u00e7\u00e3o de vacinas, reduzindo a depend\u00eancia do transporte manual.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Utilizando o <a href=\"https:\/\/robotics.omron.com\/pt-br\/products\/mobile-robots\/software\/\" type=\"page\" id=\"994\">software de gerenciamento de frota OMRON FLOW Core<\/a>, os AMRs coordenam rotas e tarefas em toda a instala\u00e7\u00e3o sem a necessidade de marcadores de piso ou grandes mudan\u00e7as na infraestrutura. A HIPRA substituiu os trajetos manuais de carrinhos por entregas automatizadas entre as \u00e1reas de produ\u00e7\u00e3o e o armaz\u00e9m, ajudando a garantir que as caixas de vacinas sejam
