enfrentavam exposi\u00e7\u00e3o di\u00e1ria a vapores de ep\u00f3xi no ar durante o manuseio manual de bandejas \u2014 um processo cr\u00edtico para o preenchimento de precis\u00e3o, mas perigoso para a sa\u00fade dos trabalhadores.
