diagn\u00f3stico m\u00e9dico<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Nas linhas de embalagem para diagn\u00f3stico m\u00e9dico, a alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o de frascos no fim de linha ainda costuma ser feita manualmente ou com sistemas mec\u00e2nicos convencionais de dif\u00edcil adapta\u00e7\u00e3o a diferentes formatos. Para a <a href=\"https:\/\/samasitaly.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Samas Italy<\/a>, isso representava um gargalo claro: trabalho manual repetitivo, baixa flexibilidade nas trocas de formato e perda de continuidade na etapa final antes das m\u00e1quinas de flow-pack e cartonagem. O objetivo era automatizar essa parte da linha sem aumentar a complexidade do sistema nem exigir uma grande \u00e1rea de instala\u00e7\u00e3o.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Para isso, a Samas desenvolveu, em parceria com a OMRON, uma c\u00e9lula compacta com circular tracking, reunindo rob\u00f4s <a href=\"https:\/\/robotics.omron.com\/pt-br\/products\/industrial-robots\/scara-2\/i4h\/\">SCARA i4H<\/a>, o <a href=\"https:\/\/industrial.omron.eu\/en\/products\/fhv7\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">sistema de vis\u00e3o FHV7<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/industrial.omron.eu\/en\/products\/1s-servo-drive\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">servodrives<\/a> e <a href=\"https:\/\/industrial.omron.eu\/en\/products\/1s-servo-motor\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">servomotores 1S<\/a> e um <a href=\"https:\/\/industrial.omron.eu\/en\/products\/nj5-\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">controlador da s\u00e9rie NJ dentro da arquitetura Sysmac<\/a>. Com o uso da <a href=\"https:\/\/industrial.omron.eu\/en\/news-discover\/blog\/creating-smarter-faster-and-simpler-multi-robot-packaging-lines\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">OMRON Robotics Packaging Library<\/a> (ORPL), o rob\u00f4 identifica os frascos em um anel rotativo, acompanha seu movimento e os transfere para uma esteira linear sincronizada em uma \u00fanica sequ\u00eancia cont\u00ednua. O resultado \u00e9 uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o compacta de embalagem rob\u00f3tica de fim de linha, com controle preciso de movimento, menor complexidade mec\u00e2nica e trocas de formato predominantemente digitais.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">O processo passou a ser mais r\u00e1pido e flex\u00edvel, com taxas de 50 a 60 pe\u00e7as por minuto, chegando a 80 pe\u00e7as por minuto em algumas configura\u00e7\u00f5es. As opera\u00e7\u00f5es manuais repetitivas no fim da linha foram reduzidas de forma significativa, a confiabilidade do processo aumentou e as trocas de formato passaram a ser realizadas com rapidez e pouca interven\u00e7\u00e3o mec\u00e2nica. Para a Samas, o projeto eliminou uma lacuna cr\u00edtica de automa\u00e7\u00e3o e criou uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o escal\u00e1vel para setores regulados que exigem processos de embalagem confi\u00e1veis e
