Inspired by our founder, Kazuma Tateishi, OMRON is dedicated to enhancing lives and society through innovative automation. Since 1933, OMRON has introduced world-first technologies, including the non-contact proximity switch and automated train station systems.

Building upon this legacy, OMRON expanded in 2015 by acquiring Adept Technology—a Silicon Valley robotics pioneer. Today, with over 40 years of expertise, OMRON Robotics has deployed more than 46,000 robots across 130 countries and five continents.
