Course overview

Advance your TMflow capabilities with a structured, instructor‑led course focused on OMRON TM S and TM Series collaborative robots. Through guided exercises and scenario‑based labs, you’ll learn how to connect hardware, configure the system, and create reliable programs in TMflow—from initial setup through verification and optimization.

TMflow is the central platform for configuring and programming OMRON collaborative robots, and its visual, flow‑based environment streamlines integration of vision, inputs/outputs (I/O), and end‑of‑arm tooling. You will organize routines, manage projects and libraries, handle versions, and apply best practices—including safety checks and diagnostics—for consistent performance on the factory floor.

You’ll also explore application patterns such as inspection, palletizing, and machine tending, with guidance on adapting templates to your requirements. Emphasis is placed on safe operation, robust error handling, and efficient deployment so solutions are production‑ready. By course completion, you’ll be ready to design, implement, and maintain TMflow‑based applications that meet your site’s operational standards.
