BOLÇİ, a Turkish leader in premium chocolate with over 300 employees and 800 products, set out to fulfill its promise: delivering chocolate that’s truly “untouched by human hand.” Facing growing export demands and the need for consistent quality, BOLÇİ partnered with OMRON and leading integrator Innovas to automate its packaging process with Quattro parallel robots.

BOLÇİ’s manual packaging process struggled with fluctuating seasonal demand and the need for rapid production adjustments. The company wanted to boost production capacity, minimize errors, and uphold its promise of hygienic, high-quality chocolates.

With chocolate packaging automation, OMRON and Innovas engineered a compact, integrated system featuring three Quattro parallel robots equipped with advanced vision and vacuum handling. This solution precisely picks and places delicate chocolates into a variety of box sizes, ensuring perfect presentation and consistency. The intuitive PackXpert interface allows operators to quickly adjust for different products, streamlining changeovers and reducing the need for specialized skills.
