To meet these challenges, Vetipak partnered with OMRON and B Electrical Engineering to automate three new packaging lines using OMRON’s Robotics Integrated Controller and Viper robots. This automation approach replaced complex manual processes—such as intricate gift set assembly and high-volume confectionery packaging—enabling scalable production that adapts quickly to new formats and seasonal demands.
With OMRON’s robotics technology, Vetipak achieved precise, reliable packaging that ensures product quality and safety. The intuitive, user-friendly control system allows operators to make rapid adjustments, minimizing downtime and enabling easy changeovers for different packaging designs.
