Course overview

Jumpstart your expertise with OMRON’s ACE Version 4 software in this three-day, hands-on training. Designed for use with OMRON’s full range of industrial robots—including SCARA, parallel, and articulated models—ACE (Automation Control Environment) gives you the power to configure, program, and deploy robots, controls, vision systems, and flexible feeders. The result: streamlined production and greater efficiency throughout your operation.

During the training, you’ll explore the ACE programming environment as you build, test, and refine robot programs. You’ll get practical experience with digital I/O connections, manual pendant operation, and essential hardware/software integration for automation. Engaging workshops and guided exercises address everything from basic programming to advanced optimization and troubleshooting in real-world settings.

By completing the course, you’ll be equipped to leverage ACE Version 4 to increase productivity, minimize downtime, and confidently oversee industrial robotic solutions in your facility.
