Report a Vulnerability

If you believe you have identified a potential cybersecurity vulnerability in an OMRON product, software application, or related service, please report it to the OMRON Product Security Incident Response Team.

OMRON reviews submitted vulnerability reports to assess potential impact, determine affected products or versions, and coordinate appropriate response activities, which may include investigation, mitigation guidance, product updates, or publication of a security advisory.

Before you submit: Please include enough technical detail for Omron to review and reproduce the potential vulnerability where possible. Detailed reports help our team assess impact, identify affected products, and coordinate appropriate next steps.

What to Include in Your Report

To help us review your submission efficiently, please include as much detail as possible.

  • Product name
  • Model number or product series
  • Software or firmware version
  • Description of the potential vulnerability
  • Steps to reproduce the issue, if available
  • Potential impact or observed behavior
  • Network or system configuration details, if relevant
  • Any proof-of-concept information, logs, screenshots, or supporting files

Responsible Disclosure

OMRON encourages responsible disclosure of potential cybersecurity vulnerabilities. We ask that researchers and customers avoid public disclosure of vulnerability details until OMRON has completed its review and coordinated appropriate communication or mitigation steps.

Responsible disclosure: Please do not publicly disclose vulnerability details until Omron has completed its review and coordinated an appropriate response. This helps reduce potential risk to customers while the issue is being investigated.

What Happens After You Submit

After a report is received, OMRON will review the information and determine the appropriate next steps. Depending on the nature of the report, our team may contact you for additional details, conduct technical analysis, coordinate with affected teams, or prepare customer-facing guidance.
