Registering your robot gives you access to available warranty benefits and helps simplify future service and support. Eligible robots receive extended warranty coverage for up to the first 2 years of operation.
- Year 1: Labor, travel costs, and spare parts are included for warranty-covered failures
- Year 2: Spare parts and standard shipping are included for warranty-covered failures
To qualify, submission must be completed within 2 months of the shipping date.

What warranty options does Omron offer?
Omron provides flexible warranty options, including basic, registered, and extended packages. The basic warranty starts on the shipping date, offering 1-year spare parts coverage. Registering your robot extends the warranty to 2 years, covering spare parts and first-year labor. For further extension, packages are available for up to 30 months. Contact your local Omron office for global cross-border support.

How can I request repair service?
For in-house repair at our US repair center, repair is requested through an RMA portal. To access the repair RMA portal, an OmronNow account is required. Existing users can click the “Request repair” button. New users must create an account by selecting the “Create account” button on the sign-in page, providing the necessary information, and verifying their email. Once logged in, users will have immediate access to the self-service repair RMA portal.
